    Great location great disabled facilities for myself friendly staff and so helpful
    The door to get into the corridor when u get out the lift to go to ur room could do with a push both ways so easy for people in wheelchair or mobility scooters but other than that it was lush Also could do with more plug sockets by the beds

    This hotel is perfect for us to watch football match. We will come here again.
    Location is perfect. nearest to station and going to football stadium.
    internet environment. but wifi is no problem.

    Great stay and good pricing/location.
    Location was great and staff very friendly. Had an issue with our room and staff accommodating in moving us and offered complementary drinks.
    Lighting in rooms could have been better, quite dim.

    The room was what we expected and the bathroom was nicely fitted into the room . Location is prefect as its right next to the station
    The mattress could have been more comfy instead of putting a mattress topper on top of the mattress. Wasnt bad but have had better nights sleep in other hotels

    Excellent value for money with all facilities nearby.
    Excellent location for station and city centre. Quiet room(very little guest noise). Good views across town to sea. Had every thing we needed. Handy supermarkets.
    Noise from lorries unloading in middle of night and outside revellers. Lots of rough sleepers in area meant area didn't feel welcoming/safe.
