Location and cleanliness, it's very convenient to access nearby eateries and Mrt Station. The room size quite small but very clean.

Room sound proof is bad, can hear loading items sound from outside early morning and also people chit chat and closing their room doors from the same floor. No provide indoor sandals and drinking water as they said that tap water can be drink directly. Conclusion: Suitable for solo short trip, not suitable for family trip or light sleeper to stay.
