Very good

Best Business hotel at the heart of the city

This hotel was perfect for me as a business traveller. The uninterrupted internet connection provided me a seamless work environment. The buffet was on par with various 4/ 5 star hotels I have stayed. Very friendly staff.

Everything was near to perfect. Almost all staff members on the ground are young and need a little more training on being attentive to the guests.

Dismal experience and expectations.

Room service was goofed up not once but twice, the chef and F&B manager tried covering up saying it wasnt burnt but toasted. I can very well make the difference. 30-45 mins for a room service order and of course it would be cold. Breakfast was avoidable. Tables badly set up and of less number. Bill didn't provide clarity on F&B charges when repeated thrice at the concierge ... Lastly i wad told it's automated since they couldn't answer. Lol

The Stay at the property was pleasant and for people coming to US visa purpose this is a best option

Breakfast, Lunch etc. was very good. Room facilities are excellent. Dinner was awesome. Location of the property is very near to the US Embassy which is an added advantage for the customers.

Price is comparatively very high. Also availability of rooms are not so guaranteed.

Body lotions or soaps were not filled..it couldnt be used. The shower stalls were awkward..none of the staffs asked how was the stay..i wouldn't stay here again
