    Rooms were very small, no proper cooling and no proper amenities. They charged full payment before check in also.

    The location is okay It is a budget hotel
    Bloodied sheets Horrible room service Limited breakfast buffet Request turn around time There were blood stains on the comforter. We had to ask the hotel three times before they agreed to change it. The room felt stale with no ventilation. It seemed liked it was not cleaned after someone's trip and given to us just as it. Nobody helped us with luggage to our room. When asked if we could get some plates and spoons to have dinner. We were asked to come and take it from the kitchen as no one would come to the room to give it. Overall, a bad experience. We'll not stay here ever again.

    Only the location which is closer to Sipcot IT.
    Rooms are tired and require refurbishment. The staff are unpolite. Room service is not available, has to self-service for everything.

    Receptionist and staff were not approachable, if you try to approach them they dont us treat good.
    the receptionist and staff behavior was not good, they were rude to a few customers and didn't treat them well.
