    Good location and take away food shop are walking distance.
    The breakfast items not available when coming to breakfast at 9am. Have to go find a manager to ask where is eggs, sausage, bread, cake as these items were finished and had to wait 25 minutes. No chicken products available on the hot and cold buffet to cater for people who dont eat pork. Manager says out of stockThis is bad planning and disappointing. One of the days, both rooms were not cleaned. Had to ask manager to arrange cleaner at 7pm. No smoking area, have to smoke in the street during the rain and cold as hotel outside area was closed.

    Staff were exceptional. Rooms were clean. Easy to get to from airport on bus. Amenities were good.
    A little too far from any decent restaurants which was disappointing hotel food a bit pricey. Other than that all good

    Everything was really clean I was so glad, that Ive stayed there. Really polite and helpful stuff, I had birthday and they gifted me 1 free drink at their restaurant. Not obligatory but was really nice gesture. Location is perfect as well - you could reach anywhere you want from the hotel Temperature in the room was perfect, nor freezing cold like it could be in other places neither hot. Just the right one.
    It could be nice if the room could have kettle and tiny fridge :)

    The online process should not allow 5 people to book two double rooms. It should automatically provide a triple room. I had pay for entirely extra double room for the fifth person.

    I enjoyed the bar and evening staff; they were genuinely friendly and helpful.
    I observed a communication gap as their systems weren't updated regarding our stay. We've had to make individual payments for every drink or meal at the restaurant or bar, whereas ideally, these expenses should have been billed to my room for settlement during checkout.

    The fact that is near to a bus station and a 5 minutes from the city center.
    Time schedule to clean the rooms. Often, in the afternoon the room was not cleaned

    There wasnt even a water heater which was super inconvenient. When we ran out of tissues the staff cldnt even be bothered to replace the tissue box. Went down to reception to ask for some and the dude said hell send it to our room and never did. They dont replace the towels and the toilet smelt like piss. Theres more but overall the only good thing is that its cheap
