    The property was clean and staff were well mannered
    The quality of the toiletries were not good and not provided in sufficient quantity. The toilet seating is too congested. Coffee and tea bags were not available in adequate quantity.

    The location was apt distance, facilities and safety wise.
    Dismal service, non courteous staff - they were extremely curt, cold and unkind. The food is overpriced and basic. The room was the size of a matchbox and charged at close to 4.5k with taxes. Maintenance was again a missed mark.

    Breakfast buffet is good and the location is amazing for walking around the neighborhood. The staff personnel were polite all through with exceptional service provided by Nandini & Manisha at the reception as well as the house keeping staff who ensured that the rooms were clean and catered to requests on demand.
    Random security checks at the hotel reception entrance on the evenings when we are returning back from a day out to rest back in the hotel. The food menu at the hotel can be quite limited for dine in room but one can walk around the neighborhood for a good set of options.

    Sorry!! I will never prefer to stay again in this Hotel.
    Location was excellent. All the places were easily accessible
    There were no basic amenities like a small fridge & oven which are most commonly available now a days in almost all the hotels. I often travel to different countries and places for the work and I always prefer to book good hotels based on the ratings. Same thing I did for the Hyderabad visit as well but it turned out to be a disappointment when I saw these amenities were not there in my room even though you'll are charging so much tariffs for the rooms. Moreover, the bathing soap was kept a used one in the bathroom. Should train your staff properly to check if the soaps and other items are replaced with a new one before the room is occupied by a new guest.

    They told budget hotel for giving the service alone . But they cost in Restarant luxury hotel . No room cleaning service is providing very bad
