    Budget stay.
    Great location just a short walk to the beach with all its restaurants and street bars. Daily room service with towel refresh. Good for famies.
    Balcony was very small and overlooked from all directions so offered no privacy. Had to keep curtains drawn as the room was overlooked.

    Ibis nice modern hotel
    Ibis is just 200m from the beach in a quiet street The modern medium room was clean with a clean modern bathroom. The lift, shower, airco, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is good cupboard space with a table and chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel is good value, I will stay again.

    I have stayed at this property 5 times now, and it is unlikely that I'll book Ibis Pattaya again.
    Location is suitable for visiting most shopping and tourist precincts. Due to traffic, it can be a bit difficult returning to motel by car at certain times of the day. Rooms are quite small. Range of food for breakfast has declined over our last few stays.
    The rooms are too sparsely furnished. We had no table/desk/bench inside to sit at or use a computer. The rooms and furniture are looking quite old and worn. The range of foods for breakfast is not of the same standard we have encountered at other Ibis hotels. I totally detest these pet friendly motels and the way other guests abuse the leniency they are given regarding in and around the dining areas.

    Near mall and beach walking distance.
    The rooms are very small, you get what you pay for. It's okay if you going to stay all day out and come back to sleep only. If you have a lot of luggage it will be a struggle to keep everything in room.

    Location is a block from terminal 21. There is a Chinese market in front but a few blocks down is a Thai market. Also a few blocks from the beach front. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early without us asking. Enjoyed having a fridge, deck/patio area and water.
    Like all other reviews, the rooms and bathrooms were smaller but I'm petite and it wasn't a problem. When asked for more water and toilet paper, front desk questioned when we arrived and if we already had room service for the day. I would think they should have records.
