The staff are true rockstars, we stayed for 6 days and the attention to detail we received was on another level. The chef , the waiters millad and Sonya made us feel special everyday. Abdul at housekeeping takes his work so seriously loved the attention to detail. From check in till the day we left , everything was 5 star. Well done guys.

This was a horrible experience. When my team reached the hotel late night they were told that no booking had been made. I have received a confirmation from booking.com but they did not have any reservation. They had no answer as to why . They also tried contacting booking.com but nobody responded. I have the confirmation number and check in confirmed time but to my horror my guests had to be moved last minute to a random hotel. This grave mistake is either on the part of booking.com or Ibis Pune Hinjewadi and I am raising an issue with both. It is absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to make any further bookings on booking.com or reservations at Ibis.

The hotel is newly build so it was clean

1- overpriced 2- Night staff were rude. Keep on calling during late night to clarify the booking. 3- Breakfast was finished soon after they started and was not refilled.

Professional english speaking staff, helpful and clear. Good internet, very efficient room layout.

Room was well designed and laid out. Good internet. Excellent staff who followed through on requests. Came to me in the resturaunt to tell me my car arrived.

More clarity on the price of the breakfast buffet. Though it was very good.
