    My stay was good but I wouldnt book the hotel again since its quite far especially if you dont want to use the metro
    I like how clean the hotel was and whenever I asked for the ironing board or iron they brought it although they delayed here and there. But I understand because there are multiple guests requesting it
    Its quite far from downtown area and lots of activities we wanted to do. Most of the trips when we took a taxi werent less than AED 50/70

    The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious even for an IBIS branded hotels, large room space. The location is near to Dragon Mart mall which is a very interesting mall. There is Nesto Hypermarket and a nice foodcourt in the mall therefore, amenities can be available easily. The reception area is very large and has a space for kids to play while parents are busy with checkin process. Checkin process is very quick and smooth. They have a lobby to keep your luggages in case you wish to travel to Abu Dhabi with just a bagpack, they kindly kept our luggages as we had more booking with them. Overall, it was a very nice stay, nice facilities and I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. Special shoutout to Venu, the night shift receptionist who is very friendly, kind and helpful.

    Extra amenities (dental kits, extra towels, extra pillows) are not provided in the room upon checkin however, upon request, housekeeping will bring for you. The location is a bit far from downtown, airport and Deira.

    Ibis - Never Fails to Amaze Me.
    The room, the service, the breakfast, everything was spot on. Most Importantly the staff at the front desk was super nice and amazing. they really made us feel at home. We were a family of 4 with a 2 months old and the staff accommodated and helped us in every way possible. Ibis never fails to amaze me.
