A clean hotel with a modern twist with helpful staff, easy to reach by bus and ideal for the airport

This hotel is perfect for the airport with a bus stop right outside. It is spotlessly clean, modern and has all the usual amenities. I had a reasonably priced meal in the evening and found the staff very helpful and efficient. My wake up call came as requested and on time.

There are no reasons not to like it!

Staff were Lovely. Room was clean and tidy and Hotel was near the airport.

Food was lovely and the room was fine for the one night stay before we caught the coach back to Devon after our holiday. Only 5 mins from Airport.

Ok for a stop over

Stayed overnight for my flight next day. Easy access by bus to airport. Restaurant food was good

Duvet cover had a slight stain on it Staff in restaurant took ages to give me my bill. Had to ask the man 3 times before the young lady bought it for me

Nice room, poor food.

Room was clean, well decorated and comfortable.

Restaurant was poor. No vegan main courses on the dinner menu, which I think is unacceptable. The vegetarian one that I chose as a second best wasn't particularly well cooked.

Noisy at night, running water through pipes in walls..., Shampoo and body wash was the only amenity available in the room.

Booked this hotel for it's proximity to the airport so I could have a comfortable sleep before a morning flight

Price for a morning breakfast was a bit extreme, almost triple that of what I'd pay at home

Friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient for getting to Heathrow (we had a car). Easy car parking on site. Quiet rooms, despite location

Corridor smelled strongly of food (but smell didn't come into room). But no other dislikes

Excellent value for money and peace of mind before travelling!

The rooms were spacious and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. It was in excellent proximity to the airport and easy to get to and from. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate your needs.

There was nothing I could fault.
