Very good

We flew in from the USA, stayed overnight and caught our morning flight to the Canary Islands. Worked well

We arrived very early. Had planned to drop our bags and return in the afternoon to check in. A bad nights sleep and bad weather caught us. The staff noted we were there and found us the first available room. Much appreciated.

Long holiday weekend in Spain. The hotel was packed with families. The weather was cold and wet. We would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant but needed to book. No one thought to let us know. This was a different arrangement just for the holiday as they were short of staff. The bar helped us. Good efficient staff got us good burgers.
