    Receptionists were kind , helpful and quick .
    I did not like that the housekeeper knocked on the door in the morning at 9 am and stepped into the room to check whatever he wanted even when the dont disturb card hanged outside of the door . It was nott after checking time , but much earlier . Why ?

    Very good hotel service and good breakfast literally a few steps from the main train station
    This hotel is right by the main train station, which is great as I go to Vienna by train very often. The staff was always helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast (paid extra) excellent. There was a great selection of cheese, ham, fruit, vegetables for breakfast and you can even make your own waffles. This breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations (before my trip to Vienna, I had stayed in a 4 star hotel in Italy where the selection was definitely not this good).
    I would prefer to pay for breakfast as part of the payment here at Booking so I don't always have to deal with payment before breakfast.

    There is no airpot in the room, Only one pillow is supplied. Breakfast price is 15 Euro. Its expensive..10Euro will be acceptable.

    location, room and breakfast. It is just in front of the train station, very easy to access the public transportation. The room was clean. There are some grocery shops around the hotel.
