    Staff is friendly, and helpful. Helped with suggestions with restuarants. Facility is clean and I like the mini kitchen area in each room. I like the shuttle service. Wish it ran everyday. I like the water and coffee available in the lobby.
    Rooms were not next to each other as requested. Price is comparable to other hotels yet the Icona does not have amenities such as a bar, sitting area, restuarant, etc.

    wry clean and comfortable. shuttle service was great! Our driver was amazing Free beach passes and lounge chairs were a plus
    pool was very small very far walk to town center but very close to the beach no nearby restaurants but they had the shuttle

    Too expensive for off season (mid Oct) - small rooms - no amenities - pool was the size of a King bed and closed. $1500 for 4 nights.

    Loved the shuttle service! They were great for us because my husband is handicapped. Excellent!!!
    The only negative was limited parking.
