    The hotel is near the train station.The hotel room was big enough with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was nice. The sky restaurant was ok.

    The checkin. The lady at the desk was uninterested and didnt even offer to help either luggage. Left a poor impression to start. We checked in around 530 pm on 29th The rest of the staff were great.

    Great hotel with very friendly staff.
    Loved the walk into Salzburg. The bar upstairs has a great view and every staff member was incredibly hospitable.
    Breakfast was a crazy crammed rush. Find a quiet little cafe nearby, more chilled and far less costly.

    Great place to stay but I'd look elsewhere for breakfast.
    The hotel was conveniently located for easy walking into the south side of the Salzach and to all of the big sights. We stayed here mainly to see Christmas markets so it really couldn't have been better. Car parking is had in a garage one block down the street and the garage was plenty big for our mid-size SUV. The room (Junior Suite XL) was pretty large and worked well for the three of us. Even though the room was right over the road, it wasn't too loud at night either.
    30 Euros per person for breakfast is a little ridiculous. It's my fault for not looking into it but it's just a joke. In the future, this is one thing I'll definitely pay more attention to when I'm booking these hotels because an extra 90 Euros per day adds up pretty quickly and diminishes the value rather dramatically. It'd be one thing if the food was amazing but it's the standard fare you come to expect for breakfasts of this type (and I've definitely had better breakfasts at other hotels for less money)

    Comfortable rooms with helpful staff.
    Location was close to train station and about 1 mile from old town. The staff were extremely helpful and upgraded our room upon arrival. Breakfast was great but would recommend to make sure it is included when booking the room.
