    Heating system, a lot of areas were cold, had to keep heating on in room all day long, room service charged 3.50 per person, menu was set because of time of year, no variation.

    Rooms are very small. Breakfast was shockingly bad. cold items and everything was different temperatures. we had an appointment to get to so didnt have time to wait for another

    Very enjoyable stay - hope to visit again!
    Very good breakfasts - it was nice to be able to sit on the terrace one morning with sea view; very good dinners: excellent soups and very tasty mains with good choice of house wines. Pleased with the quantity so worth c.45 each time. Friendly approachable staff, particularly Cafe Cru manager/staff and Victoria (waitress). Excellent comfortable bed. Well appointed room with nice view. Convenient and quiet location.
    Minor quibble: a little lacking in lounge space. Really only Reception area and Bar which was more like a corridor.

    Really enjoyed or stay and will be back.
    The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good pillows and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it we also had our evening meal there which was lovely. The staff were so helpful and friendly always with a smile.
    The hot water did take quite a while to heat up but that's the only very small dislike.
