    The standard has deteriorated from the past . New Year's Eve Dinner at Chief's Boma was very BAD

    Fish and livers could have been served on other mornings . There rooms are not properly cleaned, dust on the shelves & shower. The Fridge was dysfunctional. CARPETS ARE EXTREMELY DIRTY. The New Year's Eve Dinner Menu changes were unnecessary. Lamb chops very hard. The method used for awarding prizes was unfair. Stick to Ruffle draws. Live Music performance was extremely bad , the music didn't cater for all population groups. The performers didn't even know the lyrics of the songs they sang. Our worst New Year's Eve Dinner ever. No shuttle service was provided & different excuses were given by staff, e.g. The responsible Manager is on leave, a different staff member said the Bus broke down. Of all the 7years I've visited Indaba, 2023 has been the Worst Nightmare. On New Year's day, we spent time by the Pool and there wasn't enough staff to get our orders delivered and the next day, the Pool wasn't cleaned including the Toilets

    A great stay - only for one evening but was everything we were looking for
    The location was fantastic, the staff were great, the breakfast was brilliant as we sat outside on a lovely patio under the trees. Staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.
    The rooms were a bit dark and airless - could have been opened up or aired prior to arrival
