All the amenaties for the kids! Room was nice and had everything we needed. Didnt need to leave at all!

We stayed here before and amenities for kids, pools and activities kids can do, and very safe environment for kids. Staff are friendly and helpful as well
Because cyclone we had here I think they took all shading over jumping pillows and around pools. There wasnt much shading

Its was a fabulous trip to cairns and staying at Ingenia holiday park , Ill definitely be back again.
Good location of the park. My room was comfortable for the time I was there.
Staff where friendly and check in to see if I need anything.
Great facilities, but the laundry rooms need change machines put in.
My room had ants in it.
There was no hand wash for the bath room.
Fan was noise , hard to sleep with it going fast.
