    everything is just perfect, the hotel is beautiful with good location and a great staff. loved the room, it has a good size. loved the water & coffee in each floor. hotel is very clean & modern.

    Boutique, luxury with an environmental conscious! Perfect for a theatre trip!
    The property was in a fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk from Paddington station. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Facilities were great and it felt environmentally conscious but luxurious! We had a very difficult travel day and hadnt eaten so fruit on arrival was appreciated and we felt looked after! Would definitely stay here again to make use of the facilities!
    There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom from the drains, this seemed to come from other flushing. It did disappear when we used the shower and the smell didnt go through the room. It wasnt bad at all, just a note on entry on the bathroom.

    Cosy, comfortable stay for less than 2 nights.
    Really nicely designed. Fresh and clean!
    Room was very small and stuffy. Sink in the room was awkward.

    Very harmonious stay near Paddington and Hyde park.
    It is fresh, clean, modern but cosy. The staff is great, I love the breakfast.
    Breakfast can be a bit slow at times.

    This is a great hotel in the heart of London with great amenities and friendly, helpful staff.
    The ease of access in and out of the rooms is great - especially for London. The rooms were very clean and the sower size is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The water station was great.
    The pillows for the sofa-bed were flat and we could have used an extra blanket. The room was challenging to navigate with the sofa-bed pulled out. Given that we had a "family" room, I would have hoped that there would be a little more space.
