    I liked the privacy of the sauna and jacuzzi bath in your own room . Realy had a relaxing time .
    I didn't like that when you light the bathroom comes on the faces while sleeping in the bedroom . If you do a curtain or blind will be perfect . I was in room 1217 . Plus if founder suites you add a fruit bowl, some plates and cutlery the rooms looks complete luxury .

    I was disappointed with the value I received considering the amount I paid
    Location was great. The hotel is next to the train station and it's right on the city center, close to main shops and restaurants.
    I had higher expectations considering the extra payment for an upgraded room with a sauna. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a fungus problem, and even the spoon used to pour water into the sauna showed signs of fungus. Additionally, the room had a persistent smell of humidity. The windows were not soundproofed, allowing every noise from the street outside to disrupt the stay. For instance, there's an escalator outside that runs throughout the night, making it very noisy.

    Great for an Amsterdam trip
    Directly next to the train station. Every 10 mins you can get a train to Amsterdam. Because the train tickets are cheap, staying at this hotel can save some money. Hotels and parking in Amsterdam are very expensive, this hotel is a nice alternative. Also Zaandam is nice.
    A little bit standard like general Inntel hotels. If you have a room to the streets or rails it can be noisy even with closed windows.

    Iconic Hotel within walking distance from Zaandam Train Station. Great staff! Front office Iuliana & Daphne made great impression and done well to ensure end to end guest experience from Check in to Check out.

    Good location but poor value for money
    Location is close to metro station with affordable restaurants nearby. The hotel is near supermarket and shopping areas too. Very convenient.
    Despite Inntel Hotel being a 4-star establishment, they do not provide the basic toiletries required. No slippers during winter, vinyl flooring with no carpet, no toothbrush/toothpaste, no shower cap, no bath robe etc. Interestingly they provided a sewing kit and shoe shine brush beside the sink - I wonder who uses these kits during a 3-day short stay. No mineral water provided as well, and they had requested their patrons to drink from the tap. Water pressure from the shower was also low. Hotel also does not provide proper cups in the room - instead they give small paper cups and sometimes a plastic one in the fridge. Not an environmentally-friendly choice to run a hotel. As a customer, I think the hotel establishment is depending on its convenient location to survive. Overall poor value for money.

    Great location, handy for train station, good facilities, clean and tidy and great sauna/ steam and pool.
    Air con in the room had a min setting of 20 and even though this was during winter, the room was too warm.
