New clean business hotel
This hotel is located in a nice quite area. building is new with amazing design. There is a nice shopping area attached to the hotel. Staff are helpful and welcoming most of the time. Nevertheless, there is still room for improvement. The property have great potentials that can enhance the overall experience of its guests.
There is a lot of compromises when it comes to space mainly in the rooms, fitness center and pool. Its understandable if the room rates are within the budget range but the property introduce additional fees that increases the overall fees (VAT + Tourism + municipality + service fees) to over 22% of room rate. Its the high season in Oman now but guests can easily find better options with lower rate.
