It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
It was told the breakfast is free for my 5 years old son before breakfast and the waiter charged it after breakfast and told that it is for under 4 years old. There is a miscommunication between of employees.
Housekeeping or Room service didnt leave water in our room daily and when we asked for 2 bottles of water from room service, they charged 37usd to us. We paid for the mistakes of housekeeping.
They dont care about customer satisfaction.

Not a hotel with kids
The hotel was clean. High rise building had wonderful views.
There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Charged for just plates and cutlery. Staff was cold. Not a place I would go with kids.
