We attended the New Years Eve event. The food was delicious but there was no atmosphere. The promo for it was not accurate either.

Great spot to stay for an Adelaide CBD experience.
Location was great. Special Room rate was excellent value. Provided a blanket instead of a duvet on request.
Couldnt get breakfast discount for one day! Had to agree to breakfast for each day of our stay to get discount over drop-in rate.

it was below average and willingness of hotel management to fix the matter was simply Not there.
it was just value for money, breakfast was good. staff at the breakfast were very good.
it is so dated. the beds were moving in the rooms and the hotel said it is what it is. later they brought door stoppers to put under the bed's wheel. our room AC was very weak and during the day (25 degrees) was not enough to be pleasant. the TV is located on the wrong side so unless you can turn your neck full 90 degrees it is useless. we put our towels even on the floor so they get changed on the second day but they still didnt change them and only folded the existing ones.

The location was really good! In the middle of the city and close to public transport! The staff were all nice and ready to help.
Sometimes we had to repeat the request a few times! The ventilation was not that great in the room! No fresh air!
