    It is a fine Hotel in a good location.... nothing special but nothing wrong with it mostly.
    Breakfast exceptional choice but the hot choices were cool. Staff at Breakfast very attentive. & pleasant. Bed very comfortable. We asked for a full duvet and it arrived within 10 minutes. Location very good
    Room was a little cool. We asked for help on the Heat / Air Con controller but it made no difference to the temperature. The fridge is a mini bar all censored. We could not place a bottle of water in for our use. The Spa staff ignored the fact parents were taken very young children 5 to 6 into the Spa area which has an Over 16 rule. They were left unattended in the open area of the Spa while the parents went into the Sauna and also parents took children into the Sauna. Also young children in the Jacuzzi and a 4 month old baby. The Spa itself is a wonderful facility. Be Aware the Pool and Spa is E20 per person per day so we only used once. Thanks to a review I was aware of this before I booked up. I was offered a Voucher to sign up to IHG on arrival for 2 Drinks of our choice but in the small print it had Beer or Wine only. They were steadfast on the rule which is fine I don't need a free drink but be honest on your offer and don't hide in the small print.

    Didnt disappoint at all! Nice bathroom, nice bed, loved the mini bar. We love a good luxury hotel and this was definitely one of them

    Intercontinental Hotel is an amazing chain, but not this one DO NOT STAY HERE this hotel is full of rude staff that do n
    Location ONLY!
    Rude staff, Dirty sheets with blood on it upon checking into room, 75 percent of room service menu not available, lazy staff that does not want to be there not helping you. 3 hours to get housekeeping to give clean sheets to remake bed. Poor draining sink. When asking for service from staff they purposely lied saying we dont have, when call front desk they say sure we have. Just being lazy so they dont have to do any extra work.

    Would absolutely recommend!
    Service, staff were friendly, room was big, bathroom was beautiful and clean. Breakfast included was amazing! Price was worth it. Location was good, bit of a distance to usual landmarks but next to Berlin Zoo and not far from Charlottenburg. We walked to landmarks took about 30 mins and then got an Uber back. No problem!
    Additional charge for the pool. However was worth it, and wasnt busy which was great.

    Relaxing place to stay
    Spacious and well equipped rooms, breakfast food was good and plenty of choice, bus stop directly outside was handy and within walking distance of rail stations.
    Was almost charged 20 euros for a cup of tea bringing to room when we just asked for cold milk and more tea bags however this was rectified. Breakfast is very busy and we had to walk around looking for tables each morning.
