Indoor poor is gorgeous and location was easy to get to and around from. In-room dining was fast and the food was good.
Buffet breakfast was a little sad looking. Stayed in a double-bed room, but only one robe was provided.

Beautiful hotel, great location, really enjoyed our stay
Fantastic location right on Michigan Avenue. Staff was fantastic and the room is very clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. We wanted to take our seven year old because she loves to swim in the pool did not disappoint.
Bed was a little firm for my liking. The only kind of complaint about anything was the sheer inner blind was broken so you couldnt open it and enjoy the view.

Its the perfect spot to experience great architecture, great food, great shopping, great museums, and great fun!
The location was amazing and the property was beautiful! Michael Jordans Steakhouse was fun too!
One little glitch with one of the concierges but the rest of the staff were extremely lovely!

Go elsewhere. Dozens of hotels in area. The cheaper name brands are actually much nicer!
Location, breakfast buffet excellent
We stayex in "newly rennovated executive tower". Horrendous gray coloring in a gray city. Bed mattress lumpy. They rearranged bed to look out windows (great!) but the blocked all views with cheap mega TV! One chair in room. Chair and toilet so low to ground, could barely stand up. Epic failure. Lobby of hotel turned into a Nordic cabin, no seats anywhere. Decorator has a few screws loose.

From the moment valet approached us we were treated like royalty. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was beautiful.

Sufficient hotel but make sure they dont charge your card for anything you didnt use
Hotel was sufficient however i was charged for something i didnt use. When i asked for a refund, the agreed and said that they processed it however they did not. Now the hotel is not returning my emails and messages.
