Very beautiful hotel and amazing location.
The property is located close to the shops and restaurants.
The staff are great, they upgraded our rooms and give us the room with the washing machines as I requested.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant.
The bed wasnt comfortable.

Convenient location and super friendly staff
Staff is exceptionally friendly and always tried to provide full assistance. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Location is very good in front of the Marina and opposite to tram station. Lovely breakfast with variety of food.
Swimming pool is a bit small - not many options to eat - upon check in room had a mold odor but this was taken care of asap

The breakfast was great! Fresh omelette station with amazingly attentive staff. The hotel is perfectly located in Dubai Marina.
The one bedroom Residence provided spacious stay for 3 adults.
All staff were professional & attentive!
The Residence wing is due a facelift. The apartments are spacious although some aspects of the interior is getting aged.

Very happy with everything. Marina view from the balcony was superb.
The lighting was on the dark side, so it felt a bit gloomy both in the room and in the corridors.

Stayed for 3 nights in December and couldnt fault this hotel, not the cheapest in the Marina area but you get what you pay for, will definitely be back
