Actually we booked 3 rooms, total cost 3600 for new years period with non refundable price. My son was sick and we stayed at hospital so we couldnt move, also me and my mother were sick and although i have informed the hotel some days before in order to sell our rooms and give us an option of visiting them a week later where we all will be okay, they didnt give us an option. We know what non refundable means, but in this kind of reasons, we are waiting for understanding and versatility as we use to do as hosts in Greece.

Wonderful bar, i loved the pool. All is excellent. As everywhere in Turkey, sadly, you need to check your bill as they all cheat. Extremely sad, but attractions recommended by the hotel, the bar, the restaurants, the taxis, they all cheat. Other than that, great location.

Pool was too cold and had to walk through an aircon area before accessing the pool. Had to change room due to the noise from a nearby concert arena which lasts until midnight on weekends.
