From the moment you arrive at the resort, the reception from all staff is very welcoming. Very professional. Their customer service was exceptional. Anything you needed, they went over and above. A special mention to Soi at the restaurant who made sure my baby was always fed. The rooms were beautiful, extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean, and bigger than most. The spa was relaxing, the architecture of the whole place, and mesmerising. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending it.
Maybe more variety of food choices. However, everything we ate was delicious

one men from staff who worked beside pool was not welo once my mother asked about something and he was not welcoming he was frustrated that we asked him something and answered not with interest just show with finger in direction where is the thing what we are looking for but place is huge so we couldnt understand where is the facility we are looking for and he looked on us with annoying look

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

This hotel is a must for everybody who likes quality. The location, staff, breakfast and overall welcoming. Great rooms and location at the beach is top notch. Kamala beach has got everything and a joy. Great walking on the beach for the morning walk and and excellent restaurants a short walk away. Also a lot of great restaurants at the hotel. Perfect for a family of 8 with six children/young adults of all ages.
