Second time staying at this place. A very good budget homestay in ipoh. Family-friendly and easy self-check-in. The owner is very friendly and responsive to queries. The beds are big and comfortable. If you are coming to ipoh just for food hunting or weddings, this is the place to stay for a very low budget. Towels & bathroom amenities are also provided.
You need to park your car outside.

Decent place to stay.
Nice clean spot for a few nights in a local neighbourhood in Ipoh. Great food and coffee nearby. Communal fridge to use is handy. Nice staff. Only about 20-30 min walk into town.
The only thing was the gates were a bit tricky to open at times. Was a bit prison like.

Just nice and meet my expectation.
There is nearby night market, there is a lot of local foods (but that's for Friday only).
And also some cheap restaurant that within my budget.
Some furniture is older (but not dirty anyway). Have to share living room with others if you don't take 4 rooms together, which is not expected... Luckily housemate is not disturb.
