shame to the staff of ITC Grad Goa

F&B was disaster. From top management (Ajay) to lower staff, not a single person was good in terms of service, behaviour, responsibility. At Gala dinner, Rohit and his team gave us 45 number table. Without any information, they changed it to 38. At the time of diiner, some other family was sitting at that table. After standing for more than half an hour, they pressurised another family to make space for our family and gave us table number 39. Room service added things to our bill from minibar which were not consumed by us. due to this, it took more than 45 minutes for check out. Overall, the stay was pathetic. It totally spoiled our vacation.

very slow and unprofessional service specially by the front desk / reservations team and the In-room dining team. simplest thing like coconut water was not available for two days despite several requests. everything had to be asked for several times to get it done.
