The location is really good and strategic. Near to viral food and restaurants in Bukit Bintang. MRT station also near about 200 meters. Friendly and helpful staff.
Maybe can improve more on cleanliness. Toilet a little bit dirty but its still fine.

Friendly staffs but cleanliness is poor :(
I booked a room for 4 people. They like the hotel's staffs because they are friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel's location is great too. Walking distance to everywhere in Bukit Bintang.
According to my family members, when they first checked in the hotel's beds stank of body odour. The room was dusty and the toilet's wall has black mold. Also the toilet is small so when you shower every is wet. Maybe can provide a water sweep in each bathroom.
