    I didnt feel like I was staying in a hotel, rooms were very cozy.
    Please provide a room heater in both bed rooms for the family suites.
    Bathroom could be more spacious.

    I love the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were great and always ready to help. Always choosing Jai Hotel over any other!
    The only thing i didnt like about it was the smell of the room as we first entered there. The smell wasnt very pleasant.

    Excellent Stay with Professional Service
    Breakfast was great. The options and varieties were excellent. Indian, Chinese, and Continental breakfasts were all available. Good amount of fruit selections, steamed vegetables, all types of breads and cereals were available. Had a special seat for my 9 month old child. The staffs in the restaurant were very cooperative and served well. They gave many options for breakfast.
    I can't remember anything negative. But as is usual the problem of space in the hilly terrain, the hotel could have done much better with a parking area and drive-in space.

    Good hotel in Darjeeling in a very good location . Loved the stay.If you don't mind for Himalayas view from your room then it's a very good property to stay.Food was good and breakfast was lovely.
