    The card payment had 7% mark up fee , there is no complementary taxi service to airport pick up and drop.. Vegetarian options of food was to less to from.

    I like: The Room The food The staff Good laundry prices The pool is 100 meter and good in the mourning A small pool on the beach I am happy with the experience overall.
    Room service takes forever. It was far from any tourists location and far from any shopping mall. So, you will have to stay put in your hotel unless you are visiting the west and north? I dont know anything abou the north. The pool lighting is very bad at night. You cant swim with those weak lights. Also not deep. Facilities is kinda old.

    Nice staff but pricey.
    The pool at this hotel is amazing and the staff are lovely - particularly in the restaurant and the chap driving the luggage buggy.
    We found the rooms and the restaurant to be a bit gloomy and it seems expensive compared to other places weve stayed in Sri Lanka.

    The swimming pools were amazing!!! One has a beach view and the other is 100m long - incredible! Lovely staff, the most amazing breakfast and dinner.
    The restaurant is a little quiet but not a problem!

    the room smelled like mold. Fridge was leaking water and it rained down through vent infront of mirror onto table. Looked a bit run down. Needs an upgrade. But dinning area sweet.

    The pool was the defining feature.
    The staff seemed very inefficient, I had to pay my bill 3 times as it was billed incorrectly. The mosquitos (I understand that this cannot be avoided in SL) were lethal but Jetwing did nothing to accommodate this as I was with a 7 month old baby. It took 30mins at reception where my whole family were bitten, we checked in at 1800 but one room wasnt fully complete. When we got into the room, it was full of mosquitos and the vaporizers were empty. Also the outside bathroom/shower was a haven for mosquitos and the staff should have recognized this when preparing our room as we stated we were with baby. We also received no robes and slippers as had to chase plus when asked for water it took 20mins plus a chaser to get this.
