Dinner not available at the hotel restaurant, though room service is available. Parking can be limited when there's a party/function at the hotel.

1. Location: Location is great though we drove down to the hotel, it's quite close to the railway station also. 2. Staff: The staff of the hotel is very polite and courteous. They will help you with all your requests. 3. Food: Food was good and tasty. They don't have a resturant but room service is available. Service is quick and nice. 4. Room: The room we stayed was spacious and nice. Toilets are clean. The house keeping is apt.

1. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is not lavis. They will get you omlet etc if you want but otherwise, its idly, Vada, one rice bath and toast etc. 2. Parking: Very little parking space. In the evenings as Jk Bar is open, you won't get parking in the hotel. They will arrange to park outside and then later you have to go and park inside. 3. Pests: The biggest con is I found a lot of cockroaches in the room. Initially in the bathroom but then I found them everywhere. While checking out I have informed the housekeeping manager about it as well. If this is fixed, everything else can be ignored.

Location was decent, with many eateries around

The hotel was the most expensive one we had booked on our trip in India. Despite this, it was also the only one that had cockroach problems - we saw at least 15 in the bathroom in one night. When we mentioned this, one of the staff laughed and then they pointed out that we should have stayed in a more expensive room. The floor was very dirty - our barefeet were black within 30mins. The A/C had the smell of dried urine or body odour. The wallpaper was peeling. Also the wifi didn't reach our room.
