    One of my favourite hotels ever.
    Everything. Staff were both charming and extremely professional. The rooftop bar and restaurant the perfect place to end the day. Location great.

    Great stay. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room. Comfortable beds.
    Very nice and clean room with good beds. Quiet. Great smiling staff who were very helpful and tried their best to provide the best stay experience. They are constantly asking if we needed help. The food in the sky bar and Viet Resturant were great! Very delicious. Pricy compared to the neighbourhood but value for money. I will strongly recommend a stay in this hotel.
    I wished I stay more nights. It is slightly further from the night market but still walkable. It is very near to the train street. Regardless the old quarter aren't very big.

    Comfortable mid-range in the Old Quarter with good Spa attached.
    This is a good mid-range hotel in the Old Quarter. It's a standard above others nearby and still under USD 100 pn. The Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Spa was good and the massage good. There is no gym, but that's not to be expected in a place like this. The restaurant was good for dinner. Breakfast was reasonable for a smallish hotel. There is traffic noise come the morning (from 5.30), but that's everywhere in Hanoi.
    It was all quite good.
