The managment is not friendly. After we pay for The Booking then they were asking us to bank in them RM300for deposit. The check in and check out time become 3pm- 11am. We were asking for 12pm check out but they dont allow us to do that, and saying there is surcharge if we check out by 12pm. Besides that, The toilet even puting a washing machine and The toilet become small.

Totally not satisfy with the toilet cleaninless.
Location strategic
The toilet smell very bad. Seems like did not clean up properly. We need to sanitise, we also clean up/brush using the toilet brush with soap and washed overall toilet bowl. But the bad smell still there. We keep on sanitise each time before/after used.
Swimming pool also not clean, a lots of sand inside the pool.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, a 14- year old and an 11-year old. We all enjoyed our stay very much.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was as expected with a balcony and equipped with a washing machine. Very nice pool and also a nice little fitness room + an upstairs jogging trail. The apartment is located in walking distance of Ipoh Parade (Mall) and Old Town Ipoh.
The only thing we missed was a butter knife in the kitchen.
