    The Capri Palace Jumeirah is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The junior suite was spacious, although some furniture was dated. The restaurant food was average but well presented. The service (Read More) and staff were outstanding, with employees going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel offers breathtaking views, especially from the sunset view rooms. Some guests had issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms, but overall, the hotel made a positive impression.

    Magnificent hotel!!!!
    It was the 8th time i was visiting the hotel. We had an amazing suite with a private pool which was really magnificent. The breakfast in the Capri Palace is one of the best not the biggest buffet but only the best of the best products. Special thanks to the very lovely and helpful poolboy!
    There were really a lot of wasps while having lunch. I think they should be able to find a solution to solve this problem.

    It was truly a relaxing escape!
    Property was clean and the design was so elegant. Everything was in line with the theme of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

    Excellent stay - treated like royalty!
    Overall excellent stay for such a short trip. Staff was fabulous (upgraded us for our anniversary) as was the restaurant Zuma. Very romantic and wonderful view. If in AnaCampi then definitely stay! Five star all around!!!!

    The place to stay in Capri , the price will reflect that.
    Breakfast quality was superb , plenty of choice as well. The staff generally were so helpful, Fred the pool attendant is worth his weight in gold. Although the hotel seemed quiet in the evening, youll find it more lively on the roof top bar. Additionally the shuttle service is so convenient, plus its free ! Use the shuttle to go to the Il Riccio restaurant ( Part of Capri Palace) which is 10 minutes away, its located near the blue grotto. Great food and atmosphere , its pricey but worth every penny.
    An unpleasant smell in the reception area, nothing else comes to mind.

    Noise affected, disappointed trip
    The pool and the pool staff, he was fabulous, very forward-thinking, excellent service. The l'olivo restaurant was also excellent for food and service and the breakfast was fabulous.
    A lot We had to move rooms twice due to noise, firstly from the restaurant (Zuma) on the roof above our room and then the horrific amount of noise through the adjoining door with the next room who had a child which was up very loud. We checked out a day earlier than expected due to this and had to pay for another hotel in Sorrento instead.

    Loved everything about the hotel & amazing staff
    Everything from the room to the food and spa facilities, shuttle service whenever we needed it. Being escorted to our boat. Hotel helped us skip the queue for the chair lift.
    The only problem I found was the bed wasnt as comfortable as Jumeirah beds in Dubai.
