    There was no lift to go to room which was >2 floors steps were really small it was difficult to take bags and take the stairs. The rooms were bit small

    The place needs to improve on cleanliness and sanitation.. Our first checkin experience was horrible: There was vomit all over the stairway to our room, the bedsheets and covers had hair all over them we had to turn the bed-sheet upside down and sleep.
