    It's a total disaster. If u want to be dumped, try it. We crash landed in masinagudi and unfortunately landed up in this place. 3500 for nothing. No AC. They charge 700 for AC. Its a shabby house converted into a so-called guest house. If u r n masinagudi, better try govt accommodation or something worth of paying. .
    Location, ambience, lack of amenities, higher rate.

    Decent place, pleasant staff, clean
    Breakfast not included in this booking. Good customer service to set expectations upfront. Bedding, blanket and room clean. Also towels, but had to ask for them, and soap. Food was ok, dal was sweet though and egg rice didn't smell great.
    Said villa, actually jungle hut on stilts . Beds a bit tight for 4 people. Payment info on booking.com and onsite didn't match. Was asked for advance to hold booking - apparently they don't charge no-shows. But I did cancel and rebook, so reasonable. Masinagudi expensive, not value for money at all.

    Tidy option for those on a budget..
    Rooms were clean and staff were polite and responsive. Food was very homely and tasty.
    During dinner in the cafetaria, there were some flies and insects that were attracted to light and falling on the food. It would be good, if something can be done for it.

    very nice place rooms and bothrooms are clean staff are good they served well
    Breakfast is ok very nice place staff are good
