    Awesome hotel stay in Ximending!
    love the comfortable double beds which was perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast had a good variety. Also loved the free flow snacks area and the games that were available. Very kids-friendly as well.
    The soundproofing may not be that good as the neighbouring unit came over one morning to complain that my kids were too noisy and her kid was still sleeping.

    Overall stay is good. Family bookings maybe can arrange rooms to be as near as possible.
    Well maintained.
    Washing machine and dryer not enough, should change to bigger capacity or commercial type.

    Cleanliness, location and friendly staff.
    The aircon temperature in the room was too cold. I had asked the reception for help in adjusting the temperature but was told that I should just wait for 30minutes for the room temperature to rise. But it didnt and it kept going down to 15-16 deg Celsius. I gave up and just switched off the aircon.

    Highly recommend for a stay in Taiwan
    Very well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff, good location, and excellent rooms. The location was excellent, close to food, cafes and public transportation. A 7/11 was right beneath it too!
    Breakfast could have been better, but its role.

    Overall a nice experience especially the reception area is very cozy.
    Location is good as you can direct access to ximeng station via under pass. Breakfast have good variety of choices and refill of food is very fast.
    Room size for family suite is smaller than expected with no space to open up luggages.
