    Booking Confirmation from the hotel.
    Comfortable stay,good amenities,favourable location,freindly staff.
    After completing my reservation for 3 nights via booking.com, there was no confirmation email or phone call from the hotel.As I was travelling with an infant with driving time of 6 hours I wanted to avoid any last moment hicupps and despite numerous calls,the hotel staff was clueless of my booking and kept forwarding my calls to different departments for the confirmation which they did after my 4th call.This should certainly be avoided and the system be more streamlined so that the guest is assured of any last moment panic attacks.

    The general ambience and comfort was average . Needs renovation .
    The bun was stale I think when it got toasted it was hard like rubber
    This hotel is more like A 4star Mattress - pillows etc need to be changed . They have been over used . Upholstry re done . Could not bear the bathroom opening on my face when sleeping .
