1. The staff didnt seem very helpful - they werent accommodating any request
2. The switches were broken in the room
3. The buffet was all over the place with SO MUCH waiting time!!
4. Half the items in food were cold.
5. Glass of wine per person was included as part of the package in the dinner - despite asking, it WAS NOT SERVED.

We would visit again!
The landscaping and resort structure was well designed. Really enjoyed walking around. The choice of activities was great. The concept of food carts at High tea was fun.
The food :( Continental and Asian food at the Aviary needs a lot of thought and improvement. The Indian section was the best in terms of flavor. In general management at the Aviary needs more organization, especially over long weekends. Room service needed a bit of prompting but they were polite.
