The view was amazing. The pool was amazing

The front desk staff specifically 2 of them males had absolutely no idea what was going on or the prices they kept telling us 2-3 different things about a safe deposit were gonna get this much back we cant use these certain facilities etc. we asked for a receipt cause they charged us room service for $1000 we ordered no where near that amount so which is crazy it really looks like they were trying to take advantage super shady etc theres lots of things they dont describe on the booking about access to wifi it just goes on and on
