Location is outstanding, I really like the proximity to major tourist attractions in DC. The room was very nice and clean, facilities top notch, restaurant had great food available. Staff was just admirable

Super prime location, but too bad the hotel experience couldn't be better.
The location is about as prime as you can get relative to all of Washington DC's sites, museums, government offices, etc. Rooms were comfortable, but quite basic and plain. Coffee shop breakfast was quite good.
The property feels dated, and lacks any kind of interesting identity. You're effectively paying the rather high room rate for the location, definitely not for the hotel experience. The laundry prices were ridiculous.
