The buffet style breakfast was excellent lots of variety and options for everyone. Many different vegan and vegetarian options.

The great hospitality, clean environment and they really look after the guests

Unfortunately, when requesting certain things like an extra baby chair to our table at breakfast or called more than once for ice bucket to room service the staff was pretty rude,so that minor incident put my family off

Amazing staff! Gorgeous room with a view, although we had to request another room as the first one they gave us had an obstructed view. The pool access room was very nice and relaxing - can stay in the room all day.

The A/C smelt bad and leaked down the wall soaking a pile of our clothes. The hotel sent and engineer to fix it and washed our clothes free of charge. However, we had to wait around for the engineer to come and I wouldnt expect this to happen considering the price of the room. Not a great start to Christmas Day. We had the Christmas dinner at the hotel, wouldnt recommend. There is an amazing, authentic Thai restaurant across the road that had great views and great food.
