the room we first got was unkempt. they promptly changed the room but the experience was spoilt already.

Below average.
The staff and its hospitality is nil. They were never trained for it. Everything is so dirty from the sofas in the rooms, to the tables in the restaurants. Disgusting and under the mark. Disappointed.
