    One step above a dorm room - big disappointment.
    Location
    The facility was fine from the outside. Once inside our unit, it gave the impression that the owner(s) did as little as possible to make this an enjoyable relaxing place to stay or possibly they were on extreme low budget to finish the job. No towel hooks/bars in the bathroom; TV in the bedroom was old (no smart TV apps available); kitchen faucet wouldn't retract and just dangled there; a low-end, plastic Dollar Store trash can in the corner; barely finished floors/ceilings and little to nothing relative to wall/decorations. Felt about one step past a dorm room - a big disappointment.

    Excellent location in the center of town with parking
    Excellent location with easy check in. The apartment was large with a comfortable bed and excellent linens. All amenities were provided including a kettle and washer drier. We would certainly book again.
    The place is minimalist. When we left, we didnt appreciate that you need a pass to leave the parking. We had to phone the help line to be able to get out. Better instructions would have helped.

    Great place in a walkable area.
    Check-in is quick and easy on the 24hr kiosk. Up the elevator, open the door, and walk into a bright, updated, and nicely laid out apartment. It was 100 degrees in Austin and I have to say the AC in the unit did an amazing job. The location is highly walkable and close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
    My interaction with the tv and its wireless Internet connection was spotty at best. Lots of resetting - but really a small issue overall.

    I didn't stay there, I was already halfway across the country on this date

    The fact that when I booked the room the dates were switched on me and after making another reservation at Kasa I was unable to cancel the invalid reservation. Losing $500+ because the booking website didn't save the original dates I searched for is absolute trash

    Location, spaciousness, modern.
    We had challenges with the parking garage and the laundry room door. But both were corrected promptly when communicated to the landlord.

    Needs a little work
    This is an amli building in the center of downtown that has converted a few units to daily rentals. Location is great. We had a 2 bedroom unit which had 2 baths. That last was great. The sofa bed wasnt a mattress - more of a flat sofa. Also we had to request a blanket for the sofa bed that wasnt able to be brought to the next day. Request was at 9pm.
    Needs some tlc in the unit. There were some slider webs and the floor (concrete) could use a good mopping. The paint has seen better days and there were some holes in the wall that havent been repaired. Also only some of the shades worked - they had been of the rollers or whatever theyre called.

    Lovely apartment in the downtown Austin. Great location and easy to navigate to and from.
    The pool was great for the little one. Tons of space and place was clean and comfortable
    The door keypad is a little janky. Hard to tell when the code works. Took us multiple tries. Construction on the weekday was quite loud. Jack hammering at 8am. The TV would not stay connected to the internet. It would work intermittently then we had to unplug it to have it reconnect to the wifi.

    Adequate, with a good location, but the lack of any staff made this unsatisfactory.
    Unit was nice.
    If someone is planning on sleeping before 4am, this is not the location to do it. The live music venue next door was playing thumping house music all night long. There was no explanation as to how to use the password encoded elevator. I had to wait for another person to ride the elevator every time I left and wanted to return.
