Pools, things to do with children. The beach was awesome and staff was very friendly and always happy.

I must express my disappointment with several aspects of the dining experience at your establishment. The addition of a 10% service charge is not only out of line with Thai culture, but also perplexing, especially when followed by a request for a tip! This feels inappropriate. The pricing of your food is exorbitantly high, nearly three times more than the restaurants just a few steps away. This is not only unjustifiable but also feels like a blatant exploitation of guests. The quality of the fruits served at breakfast was particularly disappointing. Thailand is celebrated for its fresh, vibrant fruits, yet what was offered felt no different than the lackluster imports we get in Central Europe. This is inexcusable, especially considering the abundance of superior quality fruits available just 40 meters from your main entrance. While I commend the quality of your pizza, which stood out as notably good for Thailand, I'm compelled to advise others to seek authentic Thai cuisine outside of your hotel to avoid being overcharged.

Great family vacation!

Beautiful resort, well maintained all around. The little things like supplying rooms with a lot of drinking bottles daily were very appreciated. Great breakfast.

Given the resort isn't near the city center, some businesses like massages and currency exchanges take higher prices. Not the hotel fault though a shuttle service to the city center would have been nice.

One of the best places Ive ever been to

Everything about this resort is amazing. The facilities, the location, the beach, the staff, the breakfast- top tier.

Only thing I can think of is theres no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, a bit irritating when youre with luggage but there was a staff person to help us out. Also, wifi was a bit unstable But these are peanuts. This place is paradise.

The beach is exceptionally clean and the water clear. Staff is so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are of high quality in every restaurant and bar.

The joirney from airport to this resort is far, but worth it.

Awesome stay with lots to do

Private beach Felt safe staying at the resort Lots of facilities that you dont pay extra for.. like tennis, pools, beach, pool table, spa, kickboxing, gym etc. The facilities are in good condition too.

Dining costs on the property were a little higher than expected considering dining outside the resort was considerably cheaper. However, there is a plentiful supply of dining options about 10 mins walk near the adjoining beach.

It's a long way south so the transfer to/from the airport can take 1.5-2 hours depending on the traffic.

Absolutely loved this hotel.

The hotel itself is really big with lots to do especially with small kids. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good enough variety of food. Loved all the pools and lots of shade. Everything within the hotel can be charged to your room which is great not having to carry money around. Spa was good and reasonably priced. The beach is great. We had no problems with the wifi.

Yes, town is a little far out, but catching a taxi is really easy. Nothing else.
