Clean n tidy,have complete the basic we need,iron,water heater,hot water and actually this is our second time here because the first time here its pleasant.Before this they use machine to check in and check out.

Have been asked to check out early hour than stated on apps. The hotel have asked the deposit early thru whatsapp before we arrived so i thought its scam because before this they use machine to check in.Then when arrived n confirm that so i transfered.When i want to check out early morning around 8 and ask the staff thru whatsapp (beacause they deal thru whatsapp) but they didnt reply because its stated bussiness hour at 9 on automatic message so i called didnt answer.I call another number that stick on the door and finally know how to check out n know they will transfer back my deposit.I thought it ll be transfer after i check out.But then they say 1-2 working days.

The hotel was ok. Not the best one I have ever stayed in but not bad for staying for 2 nights. There is a self check in but someone is still available over WhatsApp and really prompt in answering.

I had a delux room (deluxe probably because it has a window) and it was ok but tiny, especially the bathroom. The bed sheet and towels were clean, floor a bit sticky but overall good. I personally do not like this self check in system, but it's my personal view. I would appreciate some more information about the attractions around, taxi service, some personal recommendations, laundry service. I also think that the price is quite high for the value. As I said - it's ok for 2 nights but could be much more better.
