The room and the amenities are excellent. The room is always clean, the amenities are always completed every day, and the variety of the amenities is excellent. The breakfast buffet at the Glass Court was excellent. The staff are so humble and helpful.

The Location pretty good walking distance with restaurants and shinjuku district all the staff (especially in the front desk) are nice and can speak well in english. Didn't get a hard time checking in and lastly what i like about is the free disney shuttle (you just have to book ahead of time before your trip to get the slot time you prefer) going to disneyland hassle free especially i have a child with me

I dont like this hotel at all
The bathroom is smelly, the room is old, and the staff is very rude , they want to charge me for extra USD $2000 for 5 nights upon check in because I am bringing my child with me . What a scam . They don't even upgrade the room to a bigger room , just purely scam us with extra $2000 charge .
