I stayed on the fourth floor and there was Noise from outside the hotel , You can hear people passing by and cars
The rooms had a smell
The water in the bathrooms has turned red and they say it is due to maintenance

Great location, great service , amazing housekeeping,
Food and drinks at bar took nearly 20 min to make this is unacceptable !
Just a suggestion for the spa : after a sauna its a good practice to drink sufficient water to prevent dehydration ! So normally 5 star hotels in New York, London , Zurich etccc place a spa bar or a minibar with plain water bottles or with added cucumber !
